Introduction

Firon stood firm in the center of the Freedom Fighter courthouse, he was up for trial. He stared upward towards the judge and leaders. Speedix was the judge, wearing a tall dark red cape, with Sonic and the others sitting in chairs nearby. Speedix took a glance at the grey hedgehog, seeing Firon's chained hands and legs.

"Firon the Hedgehog, you are hereby accused of breaking two laws of the Freedom Fighters! Therefore, we shall decide your fate..." Speedix turned to the crowd of Freedom Fighters surrounding Firon, pointing to the now-recovered Violet, who stood in back of the crowd with misery on her face.

"Violet Chaohog, step forward and tell us what happened!" Speedix ordered the purple hedgehog, who responded with a simple nod and walked through the crowd of Freedom Fighters and mobians, standing in front of the judge's desk. Firon looked at her, seeing the fear in her eyes and the droplets of tears trying to pour out. He closed his eyes in shame, listening to what the purple hedgehog had to say. Violet began speaking.

"Firon the Hedgehog was outside the camp...I do not know clearly why...but I found him out at night, with a chaos emerald he found. He wanted to know about its secret so badly...I tried to help him with it but I was..." she paused, holding back tears. Firon could hear her sniffing silently. He could tell she didn't want him to leave the camp. She continued "...attacked by one of Eggman's metallic spiders...I was put in danger, but it wasn't Firon's fault...I went outside on my own free will to find him..." she stopped and looked at Speedix with a pleading face, she was saddened to a point where she was about to cry.

"Please don't send him away!" she begged the red hedgehog, who sat in his chair with an annoyed look on his face. One of the leaders, Fists the Echidna, stood up from his chair, burning with anger

"This is nonsense...what is the point in sending away one our of most best freedom fighters? It's treason!" The yellow echidna held his strong fists in the air violently, pointing them towards Speedix.

"Sit down...Fists..." the red hedgehog said coldly, snapping his fingers to the leader, Sonic the Hedgehog, to pull Fists back into his chair. Sonic succeeded and forced Fists to listen, with the yellow echidna seeming very annoyed.

"Anyway..." Speedix continued, staring down at the begging Violet "...Firon put one of our leaders in danger, not to mention left the camp and put himself in danger...do you have any idea what would of happened if either of you had died? You two know damn well you shouldn't leave without letting us know...you could of been killed!" Violet finally broke into tears, and bent on her knees. Everyone looked shocked and stared at the sobbing hedgehog, with Firon looking at her surprisingly.

"Please, don't send him away! Just give him another chance!" she yelled out, her tears staining the wooden floor. Speedix began considering this as he rubbed his chin, with everyone else looking very puzzled and confused, and somewhat curious to what the red hedgehog might have to say. Finally, Speedix stood up and bent slightly to look at Violet, his expression seeming cold and merciless.

"You also broke the laws to...therefore, as ordered by the court...you and Firon shall be, thrown out into the world of what was Mobius!" A loud and heart-stopping gasp raced through the courtroom. Fists quickly jumped up towards Speedix, his fists raised.

"You...you...traitor! How could you do this to your own brother and friend! What kind of son did I raise?" Fists attempted to punch the red hedgehog, but Speedix reacted with lighting fast speed, kicking his own father in the face. Fists fell to the ground hard, wiped out completely.

"There will be order in this camp, father...from here on, the Freedom Fighters will be under my control!" Speedix grinned evilly, appearing right in front of Firon in a flash. The gray hedgehog looked at Speedix with a sad look. Speedix's grin disappeared as a look of disgust replaced it. The red hedgehog kicked Firon in the stomach, with the chained hedgehog coughing out blood and falling to the floor. Violet ran over to Firon's limp form, getting close to him and blocking him with her body, to protect him from further abuse. She looked up at the demented Speedix, a look of anger and confusion on her face.

"Why are you doing this?" she asked suspiciously. Speedix reacted by kicking her in the face, the purple hedgehog falling on top of Firon. The red hedgehog bent slightly towards one of her ears, speaking.

"You'll see...but for now, I want to see you three suffer the consequences," He walked towards his father, who was still awakening from his knockout.

"Well, father, since you attempted to assault a leader...you are hereby no longer apart of this team...I no longer have a father...now get out of this camp, along with those two weaklings...now!" Fists teared for a while and looked hurt. As he heard every word from Speedix, he started feeling pain all over his body. Speedix turned towards Sonic, looking the blue hedgehog in the eye.

"Tell the guards to take these three outside the camp and into the Great Forest...starting tomorrow...Eggman will be finished and we'll have three less problems out of the way...permanently,"
