Introduction

Morning time arrived in the Freedom Fighter Camp, and when the sun hit the camp, every freedom fighter and mobian awoke, and prepared, for the invasion on Robotroplis. Everyone began buckling and zipping on their armor, hiding away their weapons in their mission packs and checking if everything was working properly.

Outside the houses and bunkhouses, were freedom fighters training and mobians getting used to the gear they were going to use. The mobians, being not as skilled as the freedom fighters, practiced in use of weapons and technology. Sonic the Hedgehog stood outside near his bunkhouse, watching the whole training session, wearing his black and gold shoulder-pad armor. His buddies, Tails and Knuckles, stood by him, ready for action.

Firon, Violet, and Speedix stood near the gate of the camp. Firon and Violet stood patiently near the edges of the gate. Speedix, being the impatient one of the group, kept running around in nonstop circles, to avoid boredom. Firon grinned, crossing his arms and staring off at Speedix.

"Getting tired yet?" the gray hedgehog remarked, still grinning. Speedix stopped, and made an annoyed look on his face, looking back at Firon.

"No, why? I am one of the fastest in this camp. For Mobius' sake, I am the Speedix the Hedgehog! I never get tired!" the red hedgehog frowned, continuing his running routine.

"Violet, where to? For our first chaos emerald?" Firon asked in curiosity. Violet took a while to reply, as she looked at her scanner and reports, given to her by the leaders of the camp. She turned her view from her scanner to Firon.

"The chaos emerald is hidden very deep within one of the mountains in the south, and its not in a cave, it's in a diagonal hole, thats too small for anyone to fit in though,"

"No chaos emerald proves easy does it?" Firon replied in a steady voice, leaning his back against the edge of the gate. Speedix stopping running, falling to the ground, with sighs of relaxation. To Firon, Speedix was being quite annoying, and he made an agitated look on his face.

"You done yet, Speedix?" the grey hedgehog asked, falling to the ground with his back still against the edge, his arms still crossed. The red hedgehog turned his head slowly and nodded.

"Yeah, I'm done, where are the others? We've been waiting here for an hour," Speedix complained, dropping his head to the ground in agony. He was getting bored fast.

"Hey guys!" a voice called from nearby. It sounded young and childish, but mature in a different way. Firon, Aelita, and the seriously bored Speedix turned their attention to the voice. Its source came from a young orange fox with two tails. Firon quickly reorganized him as Tails, Sonic's best buddy. The fox wasn't alone though, another, but more yellowish fox and a golden hedgehog, along with the red echidna, Knuckles, trailed behind him.

"So, I see you guys finally made it," Violet said to the group of freedom fighters. Tails smiled, with the golden hedgehog and yellow fox stepping up to Firon, Violet, and Speedix. Speedix quickly jumped up and had a surprised expression on his face.

"I know you two!" he yelled out, pointing to the golden hedgehog first "You're Striker the Hedgehog, and..." Speedix wagged his finger to the yellow fox "You're Rod the Fox, correct?" Both of them nodded, and smiled.

"Hello Speedix the Hedgehog," both Striker and Rod turned their view to Firon and Violet "And hello to you two as well, Firon the Hedgehog and Violet Chaohog," Violet smiled in response, with Firon simply ignoring them and turning his attention to Knuckles the Echidna. Firon had seen rookies before, and knew they were not too important. Knuckles noticed him and stared at him with a questioning look.

"Hey Knuckles, I thought you were staying behind with Sonic to help train the army?"

"I was, but I changed my mind. I want to help find the chaos emeralds, because the sooner we do, the better," Knuckles replied, in a decent matter. Firon got up off the edge of the gate and walked in the middle of the big group, a huge smile crossing onto his face.

"Alright, lets get ready team! Today, we get those chaos emeralds and win this war!"
